LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Leo Stories application (the "Licensed Application"), provided by Leo Stories LLC ("Licensor"). By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

1. SCOPE OF LICENSE

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by this EULA and the applicable usage rules of the app store from which the Licensed Application was downloaded.

The Licensed Application is provided solely for entertainment and informational purposes. You may not:

  • Distribute, copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application.

  • Use the Licensed Application for unlawful purposes or to infringe on the rights of others.

2. CONSENT TO USE OF DATA

You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical details about your device and application usage, to improve its products and services.

Additionally, anonymized and aggregated data from the Licensed Application may be analyzed to enhance its functionality. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

3. USER-GENERATED INPUT AND CONTENT

You are solely responsible for any input provided to generate personalized stories. By using the Licensed Application, you warrant that:

  • Your input does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Licensor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Licensed Application if misuse is detected.

Licensor may use anonymized user-generated inputs to improve the Licensed Application and create derivative works, such as sample prompts.

4. NO WARRANTY

The Licensed Application and services provided are delivered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Warranties regarding non-infringement or uninterrupted service.

Your use of the Licensed Application is at your own risk.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.

  • Licensor’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to access the Licensed Application.

6. EXTERNAL SERVICES AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Licensed Application may provide access to third-party services or websites. Licensor does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of such content and assumes no responsibility for losses incurred through third-party services. Use these services at your sole risk.

7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The stories and content generated by the Licensed Application are produced by artificial intelligence for entertainment and educational purposes.

While efforts are made to ensure content is appropriate for children, Licensor cannot guarantee it will meet all expectations or sensitivities. Parental discretion is advised.

Licensor disclaims responsibility for interpretations, actions, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor, its affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Breaches of this EULA.

  • Misuse of the Licensed Application.

  • User-generated content that infringes upon third-party rights.

9. TERMINATION

This EULA remains effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Licensor may terminate this agreement if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Licensed Application and delete all copies from your devices.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

11. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to export or re-export the Licensed Application in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations.

12. FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

Feedback or suggestions provided to Licensor may be used without compensation. Such feedback is not confidential.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use the Licensed Application for illegal purposes.

  • Exploit or misuse the Licensed Application, including for spamming or phishing.

  • Harm the functionality, security, or reputation of the Licensed Application.

14. AGE REQUIREMENTS

The Licensed Application is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and older or minors with parental or guardian consent. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use.

15. CONTENT MODERATION AND REPORTING

If you encounter inappropriate or harmful content, please report it to hello@leostories.com. Licensor reserves the right to review and address reported content but does not guarantee removal or correction.

16. LIMITATION ON AI RELIABILITY

AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic and may occasionally produce unexpected results. Licensor does not guarantee factual accuracy or suitability of generated content.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

Licensor is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.

18. MODIFICATIONS TO THE EULA

Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA. Continued use of the Licensed Application after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

This Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the Unbloated AI application (the “App”), provided by Nawafleh Labs, LLC (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

1. Scope of License

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA and the applicable usage rules of the app store.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App.

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

  • Exploit the App in ways not expressly permitted under this EULA.

2. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information (such as device type, operating system, and usage patterns) to improve performance, troubleshoot, and enhance our products and services.

3. User Input and Health Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you provide (e.g., diet logs, symptoms, notes). By using the App, you represent that:

  • Your input does not contain unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.

  • You understand that any insights or recommendations are informational only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Licensor may use anonymized user data to improve the App, train AI models, and develop new features.

4. No Medical Advice

The App provides AI-generated insights and recommendations based on your inputs. These are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, or medical treatment.

5. No Warranty

9. Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Licensor may suspend or terminate your access if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

11. Export Restrictions
